1st Logo (1996-December 4, 2009) Edit

Nicknames: "CGI Stylized M", "The Flying M"

Logo: On a background with dark clouds, we see a green/gold field that looks like a road. As the logo brightens, the camera zooms out to reveal that its from a stylized "M", which zooms out. "MANDEVILLE FILMS" in gold, in shadow mode, wipes in.

  • On Mr. Wrong, which was the first movie to use this logo, the logo strangely appears prior to the credits. "MANDEVILLE FILMS" doesn't have the shadow effect and it's shortened.
  • On Monk and pre-2009 episodes of Plum Landing, the logo is shortened to the text wiping sequence.

Music/Sounds: None or the opening/closing theme of the movie. Sometimes, it used a fanfare.
